closed a transaction under which Emerald Data Solutions has been
acquired by Diligent. We greatly respect and value our relationship with
you and your organization, and rest assured, Diligent’s acquisition of
Emerald will not cause any change to your relationship with us and the
BoardDocs brand will still remain. In fact, customer dedication is a
top priority for both Diligent and Emerald, and it is one of the things
that attracted Diligent to us. Diligent expects to scale up the
investment in the BoardDocs product.

leading position among schools and governments – both companies who have
a shared culture around delivering great service to its clients.
Again, your customer experience will not change. You will remain on the
BoardDocs platform, and this change will not affect your working
relationship with Emerald or the ways in which your needs are supported.
You will continue to interface with Emerald and BoardDocs in all of the
ways you do today. Going forward, Diligent will invest heavily in the
BoardDocs products and look for your advice on how we continue to
innovate in the platform, generating more value and a better user
experience for you and all BoardDocs subscribers.
