AGREEMENT FOR FLEET MAINTENANCE SERVICES
Southern California Fleet Services, Inc.
This FIRST AMENDMENT to Agreement architect design and engineering
services is made into this 'a-( day of July, 2016, by and between the Costa Mesa
Sanitary District, a sanitary district ("DISTRICT"), and Southern California Fleet
Services, Inc., a California Corporation ("CONTRACTOR").
Recitals
WHEREAS, on June 1, 2016 the DISTRICT and CONTRACTOR entered into an
agreement to perform maintenance services on the DISTRICT's fleet.
WHEREAS, the DISTRICT desires to modify the list of vehicles and equipment
maintained by CONTRACTOR (Exhibit A); and
WHEREAS, the DISTRICT and CONTRACTOR now desire to amend the
Agreement by replacing Exhibit A in its entirety.
NOW, THEREFORE the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. Exhibit A of the Agreement is hereby replaced in its entirety with Exhibit A-
1, which is attached hereto.
2. The term of this First Amendment shall become effective upon its
adoption.
3. Except as specifically amended by the terms of this First Amendment, all
provisions of the original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this First Amendment
to be executed this day and year first above written.
