DIR - Waiver of Registration RequirementLynda,
Below are the choices for reporting to the DIR. It does not appear
CCTV services would fit into any of the choices. Therefore, I am going
to void part of Section 28 of our Agreement that requires Pro Pipe to
register with DIR using online FORM 100. Please keep this email for
your records and we will do the same.

Jeff and Steve,
Congratulations! On January 28th staff will be recommending the Board
of Directors award a contract to your firm for the above referenced
subject. While we were very impress with the panorama technology the
contract will be for analog CCTV at $625,553.28. I will be sending you
a contract to sign very soon. In the meantime, I will need to receive
the following before a “Notice to Proceed” can be issued.
* Certificate of Insurance naming CMSD as an additional
insured. The certificate in your RFP expired. Please include the
endorsement page along with the certificate. The endorsement page is
very important, so please make sure the endorsement page names CMSD as
the additional insured.
* A performance bond for $62,555.33, which is 10% of the
contract price
Also, I would like for Rob, Steve and our GIS person to visit your
office next week to make sure your data is fully integrated into our GIS
and where everything is tied together. Can we arrive on Wednesday,
January 20th? If not, please let me know a good day. FYI – Monday (Jan
18) we are closed and Steve is not available on Thursday (Jan 21).

on this project.
