Thia is to advise that the Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary
District. in regular meeting February 4th 19549 by due process ordered
the following amendments to Ordinance No lof said District,, to wit:
Section 4-6, Line 120. to read "One thousand dollars ($1 000 OO)q,"
That a paragraph be added to Section 4 as now standing, to
the effect,, that
"All such persons shall file with the Board of the District
"satisfm tort' evidence that said person is the holder of a
,'valid State Contractorts License with a classification of
"A-1 or except as.provided for in Section 2.11
Section 12. That this Section as now standing be repealed in its entiretyL..
Will you.'kindly prepare In.accordan,ce with the above action and in form
the necessary Amendments and submit sameifor signature of proper officers
of, 'the District, and arrange for publication of same in the Costa Mlesa
Globe Herald.
