Pro-Pipe can provide either of the latest versions of Wincan or Pipelogix with PACP coding to the District. In addition to offering traditional CCTV inspection. Pro-Pipe would like to propose utilizing the IBAK Panoramo Digital Pipeline Scanning unit to complete the condition assessment for Costa Mesa Sanitary District The attached documents contain further information regarding this technology. This digital scanner provides enhanced digital data which significantly reduces the evaluation time, with PACP exchange databases and GIS integration. The field operation is essentially the same as traditional CCTV, however the camera speed operates at 70ft per minute without the need to stop, capturing 100% of the entire pipeline interior in a single pass. The video is later coded in the office by a PACP certified technician. Panorama is coded using Pipelogic v. 8. Digital Pipeline Scanning utilizing the IBAK Panorama 3D Optoscanner increases the efficiency of CCTV Pipeline Inspection by incorporating the use of two high-resolution digital cameras in the front and rear sections of the housing, with 185° wide-angle lenses, with parallel-mounted xenon flashlights capable of 360° spherical images, enabling the analysis independent of the field inspection. The Panoramo system captures 100% of the entire pipeline interior (360) in less time than conventional video recordation with 6%the digital clarity(high definition) and is delivered with a virtual 3D reader that enables the reviewer or customer to see, in greater detail, 100% of the pipe interior from any angle (you can pan/tilt anywhere, anytime). .7 46 )/ 101(44611 ( Large wheels I Internal lift Also mountable to floating platform r Pipelogix software(Flexi-data) Hoffman Southwest Corp. dba Professional Pipe Services (Pro Pipe) 'dlar .CAI La.Mcg , 1.
