Attached is a second letter regarding the due diligence. This letter
asks for a due diligence extension until the 17th of Feb., ( our
previous letter asked to extend to the 12th) which gives us time to get
the planning department approvals on the 16th. I did not go into the
explanation for the reasons we are asking for the extension because I
already explained everything to the other agent and he said the
extension won’t be a problem. Please sign and send back to me.

I signed the contract with Environmental Sciences & Inspection Services
to begin the asbestos and lead paint survey. Please coordinate access
to the building with Angela Todd. I copied her on this email. Her
phone number is 949-825-7786.
Also, I approved a contract with Robert Thornton Architects, Inc. begin
preliminary designs for tenant improvements. Please coordinate access
to the building with Bob Thornton. I copied him on this email as well.
