Minutes of Special Meeting of the Board of
Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District
held at 2057 (Rear) Newport Avenue Costa Mesa
California, January 28th 1954, 1:00 o'clock P M

Meeting called to order at 1:00 P M by President TeWinkle
Purpose of meeting announced by President, to consider acceptance
of sewer facilities in Newport Vista Tract, Sub- division Tracts
1.712 and 1713.
In answer to inquiry by President
as to what was done at meeting of
preceeding night of January 27th,
was taken. Director Meyers then
representatives of the Sanitation

It was established that the Lift Station in Tracts 1712 -1713 was in
actual operation on this date and delivering sewage into Sanitary
District lines, thence into Sanitation District No b line, thence into
J 0 S facilities.
Secretary at this point read a letter dated January 28th 1954 from
Francis H Bulot Consulting Engineer, which letter recommends to the
Board-of Directors the acceptance of Lift Station and sewage gathering
system together with the Hamilton street connecting line.
Whereupon the following motion was made by Director Nelson and seconded by
DirectorLord,
That, we accept the Lift Station together with the gathering
system and connecting line, as covered by Engineer Bulotts letter dated
January 28th, and that the use of the system be subject to acceptance
of sewage by the J 0 S. Motion ca ried and so ordered.
