RESOLUTION NO. QS- '137
A RESOLUTION OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY
DISTRICT, ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA,
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF $303,200
FROM THE FACILITIES REVOLVING FUND TO
THE GENERAL FUND OF THE DISTRICT.
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
THAT WHEREAS, the Facilities Revolving Fund was created
by the Board of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District and ha--s accrued-
money to be used for District purposes; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors deems it in the best
interest of the District to transfer $303,200 from said Facilities
Revolving Fund to the District's General Fund, to finance the Capi-
tal Improvement Program for the 1985 -86 Fiscal Year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the sum of Three Hundred
Three Thousand, Two Hundred and No /100 Dollars ($303,200.00) be
transferred from the Facilities Revolving Fund to the District's
General Fund to be expended for authorized District purposes;
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED THAT a copy of this Resolution be
forwarded to the County Auditor with directions that said transfer
be accomplished.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of August, 1985.

Costa Mesa Sanitary District, hereby certify that the above
