If any error, omission or mis- statements shall be discovered in the estimated quantities, it shall not invalidate this contract or release the Contractor from the execution and completion of the whole or part of the work herein specified, in accordance with the specifications and the plans herein mentioned and the prices herein agreed upon and fixed therefor, or excuse him from any of the obligations or liabilities hereunder, or entitle him to any damages or compensation otherwise than as provided for in this contract.
