The Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District
will attend the Quarterly Meeting of the Independent Special
Districts of Orange County on Thursday, September 28, 1995 at
7 p.m. in the Board Room of the Municipal Water District of Orange
County, 10500 Ellis Avenue, Fountain Valley, California.
The speaker will be John Moorlach, Treasurer of the County of
Orange. He will be speaking on special districts and the County
bankruptcy. Other ISDOC Matters will also be addressed in the
meeting.
