Attorney Anderson directed to effect publication , fixing date of Hearing as of December 3rd 19,553 Proposed annexation of Lots 257- 267 - 258 -268 as presented by Oliver L George, by letter, discussed, and it was agreed by members of the Board that Tract 1 84'should be included in any application for annexation affecting the area in question. Matter was referred to Engineers for information as to feasibility and estimate of cost of street lines necessary, and to Secretary for assessed valuations of all property involved together with attitude of property owners in Tract 1484 towards annexation. 6 El Z The question of charges to be assessed against areas was opened for discussion. At the conclusion of review and full discussion of this matter, it was informally agreed that the unanimous concensus of the Board was to the effect that all annexed areas would be included in 1954 -1955 District asse'ssment,roll on the same basis of District valuation and tax rate as those applying to Original District and likewise subsequent annual tax rolls. That annexations completed after completion of 1954 -1955 assessment rolls would be subject to an adjustment of "Back taxes" covering the period over which con- struction costs had been paid through Bond Fund tax at the time of such annexation to be followed by annual tax levy same as balance of District.
