A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT OF ORANGE COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA, FINDING AND DECLARING NO PROTESTS
FILED TO THE PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR TRASH
COLLECTION AND ADOPTING THE REPORT ON FILE
WITH THE CLERK OF THE DISTRICT.
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY
DISTRICT, ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, an ordinance providing for the collection of
charges of general taxes pursuant to Section 5473 of the
Health and Safety Code was passed and adopted on the 5th day
of June, 1968, at a regular meeting of said Board; and
WHEREAS, thereafter a public hearing was set for the
6th day of August, 1981, to be heard in the first floor con-
ference room of the Costa Mesa City Hall at 77 Fair Drive,
Costa Mesa, California, at the hour of 7:30 p.m.; and
WHEREAS, the Clerk has heretofore caused notice of
said hearing to be published in a newspaper of general circu-
lation within the DISTRICT, pursuant to Section 6066 of the
Government Code; and
WHEREAS, the Board has found and determined that
assessor's parcels are being considered in connection with
this hearing; and
WHEREAS, the Board finds and declares that no written
nor oral objections were filed by the owners of a majority of
the separate parcels of property described in the report; and
WHEREAS, no protests were filed, either written or
oral, pursuant to Section 5473.2 of the Health and Safety
Code; and
WHEREAS, no objections, oral or in writing, having
been filed, the Board finds it unnecessary to revise, change
or modify any of the charges on'any class of property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that no protests, oral
or written, were lodged in person or otherwise at the time of
the public hearing, nor prior thereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that no modifications are
necessary in said report.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the computer roll is hereby
adopted.
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Clerk be instructed to
file a copy' of the report and this Resolution with the County
Auditor prior to the 31st day of August, 1981.
