A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA
MESA SANITARY DISTRICT, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 78 -321,
BEING A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A CONFLICT OF INTEREST
CODE APPLICABLE TO THE MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS,
PURSUANT TO THE POLITICAL REFORM ACT OF 1974.
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT
(DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS.FOLLOWS:
THAT, WHEREAS, pursuant to the requirements of law, a con-
Iflict of interest code was adopted by the Costa Mesa Sanitary
(District on the 7th day of June, 1978; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution was approved by the Board of
Supervisors on August 29, 1978; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary
District desires to make certain amendments to make the reporting
date conform with reporting dates established by Sanitation Dis-
trict 6 and Sanitation District 7, being boards on which certain
members of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District also sit; .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1: That Section 3: DISCLOSURE, subparagraph c)
The amended to read as follows:
"c) Annual statements disclosing investments, interests
in real property and income shall be filed during the month of
April. Such statements shall cover a period of the preceding
twelve (12 ) months."
SECTION 2: In no other aspect shall Resolution No. 78 -321
The amended nor changed.
SECTION 3: The Clerk of the District is directed to for-
(ward a certified copy of this Resolution to the Orange County
Board of Supervisors requesting their approval.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Costa
Mesa Sanitary District, at a regular meeting held on the Dom,
