A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA
SANITARY DISTRICT, ORANGE COUNTY,. CALIFORNIA, MAKING
APPLICATION TO THE LOCAL AGENCY FORMATION COMMISSION OF
ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, FOR THE ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY
TO THE DISTRICT„ BEING ENGINEER'S NO. 195.
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT,
ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary
District, Orange County, California, desires to initiate proceedings
for the annexation of the hereinafter described territory to said
District;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa
Sanitary District of Orange County, California, does hereby resolve,
determine and order as follows:
1. That this application is being filed pursuant to the
provisions of Division 1 of Title 6 of the Government Code of the
State of California for the purpose of proposing the annexation of
below described property to the Costa Mesa-Sanitary District.
2,, That the territory proposed to be annexed contains
14.657 acres and is contiguous to the Costa Mesa Sanitary District
and the territory proposed to be included in and annexed to said
Sanitary District is specifically described in Exhibit "A" which
is attached hereto and made a part hereof, consisting of one
typewritten sheets and a map-
3. That a map showing said boundaries together with a copy
of the above legal description has heretofore been filed with the
Orange County Surveyor and with the Commission and has been found
to be definite and certain by the Orange County Surveyor. Said
map is hereby referred to and by reference made a part hereof to
the same force and effect as if set out herein or attached hereto.
4. That the territory proposed to be annexed is uninhabited.
5. That the reason for the proposed annexation is to obtain
and provide sewer service for the territory proposed to be annexed.
6. That the territory to be annexed is entirely located
within Orange County, California.

7, That the names of all the affected districts are as follows:

Mosquito Abatement District
County Library District
Metropolitan Water District
Santa Ana School District
8. That the Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary
District respectfully requests the Local Agency Formation Commission
of Orange County,. California, to -institute :procee-ding.s. for the
annexation of the above described territory to said District.
9. That it is further requested that the said Local Agency
Formation Commission order pursuant to the provisions of Section 56261
of the Government Code of California that this annexation be approved
without notice and hearing by the Commission and approve and autho-
rize the Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District to
annex such territory without notice and hearing by the Board of
Directors and without election.
10; That attached hereto is evidence of consent and request
directed to the Costa Mesa Sanitary District signed by all of the owners
of the land which is in such territory proposed to be annexed.
11. That the.owners who signed said attached consent and request
are hereby found to be the owners of 100% of the land described above,
12, That the proposed terms and conditions to which the pro-
posed annexation is desired to be subject are described as follows:
That all annexation fees be paid to the District prior to
this annexation becoming effective:

COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT
ENGINEERS NO, 195
All that certain territory in the City of Costa Mesa, County of Orange,
State of California, as shown on a map Filed in Book 137 Pages 5 and 6
of Parcel Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of said county more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the existing boundary line of the Cosa Mesa Sanitary
District per "Engineers No. 100" said point being distant S 0 48' 35" E
159.63 feet from the northerly terminus of that certain Course described
as ;Is 00 041 0411 w 1348.79 feet" said point also being on "the centerline 6f
the Flood Control District's right of way", as described in said Engineers
No. 100 and a point on the centerline of Anton Boulevard as shown on said
Parcel Map;-thence along said existing boundary line per said "Engineer's
No. 100", "Engineer's No. 154", "Engineer's No. 87", and "Engineer's No. 189
through the following courses:
S 00 48' 35" f 1188.75 feet
N 89 0 '1011 E 746.15 feet
N 00 481 41" w 1.192.50 feet.
to the centerline of said Anton Blvd. thence leaving said existing boundar
l and clung said centerline S 890 10' 12" W 746.16 feet to the point of
beginning.
The above described parcel of land contains 20.40 acres,
