Minutes of meeting of Board of Equalization
of Costa Mesa Sanitary District held at 2057

Assessor Hostetler presented 1953 -54 Assessment Roll.
Meeting called to order by President Te[rtPinkle and purpose of meeting
announced.
No person, tax payer or property owner appearing, the Board proceeded
to fix District valuations for the different types of real and im-
proved property, approved exemptions and instructed Assessor to com-
plete Roll and deliver to County Auditor.
Secretary presented tentative Budget based on Requirement for each
Fund and on District valuation of $lo 614 850 00.
It was moved by Director Lord seconded by Director Norman that tax
rates for the year 1953 -54 be fixed as,

Motion carried and so ordered.
