2 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT OF ORANGE COUNTY,
3 CALIFORNIA, RESCINDING CERTAIN ACTION TAKEN
IN RESOLUTION NO. 71 -243 RELATING TO TRANSFERS
4 OF FUNDS FROM THE SEWER CONSTRUCTION FUND TO
THE 'B & I REDEMPTION FUND.

6 THE BOARD OF'DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY
7 DISTRICT OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS
8 FOLLOWS:
9 THAT, WHEREAS, the Board has heretofore established a
10 sewer construction fund for the purpose of installing a sewer
11 system in the areas originally known as Tax Code Area "B "; and
12 WHEREAS, from time to time the Board resolves to transfer
13 funds from the sewer construction fund to the B.& I Redemption
14 Fund, to retire bonded indebtedness within tax code area' "B "; and
15 WHEREAS,'such action was taken in the year 1971; and
16 WHEREAS, the transfer was not accomplished by the County
17 of Orange, nor is the same in the judgment of the Board of
18 Directors necessary.
19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the action ordered
20 by Resolution No. 71 -243 requiring a transfer of funds to the
21 B & I Redemption Fund is hereby revised, revoked and rescinded.
22 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution
23 be forwarded to the appropriate County offices as notice of the
24 action of this Board.
