Insurance Waiver - Geislar, Sally - 2015-05-15I know this contract is on hold until we resolve the insurance
requirements for Sally. I talked to Colin on this and we both agreed to
accept her personal auto insurance as is. It comes down to the amount
of risk we are willing to accept. I don’t believe she is going to be
driving to each of the 600 participant homes and most of the data she is
going to accept will come from emails and from her students.
Please obtain a copy of her auto insurance and keep it in our files and
then authorize her to proceed. Thank you.
