Reso 1968-2061 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 li 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 RESOLUTION NO. 68 -206 A RESOLUTION OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT, ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, RELATING TO THE LOCATION OF THE ORANGE FREEWAY AND REQUESTING STUDIES BE MADE THEREON. A RESOLTUION OF THE COSTA'':MESA SANITARY DISTRICT, ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: THAT WHEREAS, the area�of interest for the Orange Freeway has not been established or indicated by the State Department of Public Works, Division 7, State Highway Commission; and WHEREAS,. the probable area of this freeway is beginning to accelerate its development with particular reference to large, major industrial users; and WHEREAS, in the interest of planning sewer and sanitation services, the Costa Mesa Sanitary District would find it useful to have established the area of interest for this freeway; and WHEREAS, the future planning and development of major land owners in the general area require some knowledge of this freeway location for sewer and sanitation planning; and WHEREAS, an early study to determine the area of interest may substantially reduce freeway right of way costs by reason of district and owner adjusted development plans. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Costa Mesa Sanitary District urges upon the State Department of Public Works, Division 7, State Highway Commission in Los Angeles, California to forth- with commence a study aimed and designed to determining the area of interest for the Orange Freeway route. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT this study be commenced irrespec ive of whether or not funds exist at this time for the actual development of this freeway route. PASSED AND ADOPTED this//-d day of 1968.
