RESOLUTION NO.67 -188
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA
MESA SANITARY DISTRICT., ORANGE COUNTY,, CALIFORNIA,
REQUESTING THE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS TO MAKE
CERTAIN APPOINTMENTS IN LIEU OF ELECTIONS.
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT.,
ORANGE COUNTY,, CALIFORNIA, HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS.: Robert 0. Briggs and Francis H. Glockner were duly
sworn and acting members of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District
and filed for election as iMcumb:ent: board members, and
WHEREAS, said Briggs and Glockner were the only nominees
for said office at the close of the nominating period, and
WHEREAS, said Briggs and Glockner are willing to serve as
board members.
NOW.t. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT that the Orange County
Board of Supervisors be requested and are so requested by this
resolution to appoint said Briggs and Glockner, pursuant to law,
duly sworn, seated and acting members of the Costa Mesa Sanitary
District.
