A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA
SANITARY DISTRICT ESTABLISHING A FUND ENTITLED "CAPITAL
OUTLAY FUND ".
WHEREAS, the Costa Mesa Sanitary District has advanced to
Sanitation District No. 7 certain monies for the construction of
the Gisler trunk sewer line, and.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the terms of said agreement, Sanitation
District No. 7 is to repay the said money to the Costa Mesa Sanitary
District, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary
District finds and determines that it is in the best interest of
said District that the said money so received, when received, be
placed in a Capital Outlay Fund for future improvements necessary or
desirable to be made.
NOW THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa
Sanitary District does hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby established an outlay fund
to be entitled "Capital Outlay Fund" and the Director of Finance is
hereby authorized and directed to create said fund.
SECTION 2. That upon the receipt of money from Sanitation
District No. 7 on the repayment for the advances made as above
described, the Director of Finance shall deposit said monies in said
Capital Outlay Fund, to be used. as a reserve for any needed future
improvements.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of May, 1962.
