Division 7 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, . as

District Act 'of 1 231 being. Part 1, of Divisions 6, of the Health and Safety
Code of the State of Califor ia,:.DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That the public interest and convenience require, the -work herein
after mentioned to be done and, therefore; the.said Board hereby orders the
following work to be done- 'and improvements to be made in..said' Sanitaa^,g. Dis-
trice; to wit:
The construction of sanitary:sewe'rs and appurtenances and appurtenant
work in Joann S reet and.certain: other streets in said Costa Mesa Sanitary.
District,, all as more particularly described in Resolution of Intentio n No. 98,
Passed- and adopted by said Board on'the 5th day of February, 1959 and "on,file
in the, office of `the Secretary Of said Sanit.ary.;District.
For all further particulars 'reference is hereby, made to, said Resolu
tion of Intention No. 98 and to the -."plans on file'in'the, Office of the Eagineer
of said Sanitary District, and to the specifications for said work heretofore
adopted 'by said Board and on file in the office of the Secretary and. in the .
Office .of, the 'Engineer of said Sanitary District; and all of :said plans. and
specifications he�°etofore approved by said Board reference is herety, made
thereto for a. more particular descriptions of said work.
Said Board has determined and-declared that the contemplated work .
