FOR THE PAYT ITT OF DAMAGES.

eucalyptus trees owned by James M. Friswold and Esther Friswoid has been
caused by the personnel of District; and `
WI ERE.S, the extent of said damage has .not .been ascertained,
and it is the desire of the Board to ascertain the 'exs.ct amount of damage
and to compensate said James M. Friswold aid - Esther Friswold for such,
actual damage.
NOW TIMT �F E, the Board of Directors'' of the Costa Mesa Sanitary
'District. of Orange County, California,. does -hereby resolve _ant• determine,
as Follows:
SECTION 1. The District-,Mdnager, Engineer and Attorhey'are
hereby instructed to 'ascertain the exact amount of damage to the eucalyptus
trees owned. by,-James M. Friswold and .Tsther Friswold, and to -report said
amount to the Director of Finance.
SECTION,2. The -.Director -of Finance is. hereby authorized and
instructed to draw a warrant and deliver said warrant. to said James M.
Friswold and Esther'Friswold; °provided, however; that'. the amount of said
warrant shall not exceed the amount of $400.00.
