Reso 1959-112has heretofore acquired easements over and the properties o the:
persons hereinafter named for the purpose of installing a sewer line in said
easements as part of the work; ordered to be done under Resolution of Intention
No.. 82, pursuant to the 'Improvement, ,Act of 19111' for Auriexation. No. 19 and
WHEREAS, the Board finds and'determines, that, it is necessary, in,
order'to provide adequate easements for said purpose,_,to renegotiate for
said easements and to pay the hereinafter specified additional sums of nioriey
for said easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board -of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary'
District of, Orange County., California; does Hereby order, determine and
resolve as follows:
SECTION'l That the best interests. of the Dastriot require the
renegotiation of those' - certain' easements heretofore accepted frarn the following
