NO. 102-declaring its intention to inake changes "in the work proposed to. be done
in:.the construction of sanitary; sewers and appurtenant work in Annexation No. 19
to said Sanitary District, to,wits.

WHEREAS., the time and place' ,so fixed ' for hearing was hold by the
said Board " of. Di rectors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary .District at -' -irhich hearing all
written protests or ob jecstion,s were presented, read; an;d all p.ertons desiring
to be heard thereon were heard, and no person having filed any written protests
or objections, no person desiring to be heard., the Board having given all per-
sons present an opportunity to be heard,
NOW., TF1EREFORE, the Board of 'Directors of the Costa Mesa-SanitaT7
.District of Orange County, California, does hereby resolve, determine, and order
as follows:
SECTION 1. That Resolution No. 102; adopted on the 5th day of March,
1959..1 has been duly and regularly published as•required by law.
SECTION 2. That no written protests or, objections to the proposed
change has been filed with the Secretary of the Board.
SECTION 3. That the public interest, convenience, and necessity
require that the proposed change be made and ordered.
SECTION 4. That this Board does hereby determine and order that the.
following change be made in-the work proposed to be done, to wits
A. The construction of vitrified clay pipe sanitary sewers, house
connections, manholes, and appurtenances and appurtenant work in:
MESA DRIVE
between Santa Ana Avenue and Tustin Avenue, as shown on Sheet
No. 8 of Plan No. 7 for Sanitary Sewer System. in Annexation No.
19, consisting of 14 sheets to which said Plans and.Specifica-
tions on file in the Office of the District Engineer axe hereby
referred to and which shall govern.for all details of said work.
B. The construction of vitrified clay pipe .sanitary sewers, house
connections, manholes, and appurtenances and appurtenant 'ti•aork in:
COUNTY RIGHT OF KAY
extending from Station 16 +15 ' southwesterly 110.00 feet, ;as shorn
on Sheet loo. 11 of Plan No. 1 for Sanitary Seger System in
Annexation No. 19, consisting of 14 sheets to which said Plans
and Specifications.on file in the Office of the' District Engineer
are hereby referred to and which shall govern for all details of
said work.
SECTION 5. That the Board of Directo rs.has determined from the
Engineerts estimate that the aforesaid change in the work proposed to be done
does not increase the estimated cost by more than ten per cent (10 %); that the
amount of the estimated increase and /or decrease in the cost of the work by
reason of said changes,is none.
