ORANGL"' COUNTY; CALIFORNIA, AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE WORK
DESCRIBED IN RESOLUTION OF INTENTION No. 98e
'WHEREAS) the Board of the' Costa Mesa .Sanitary District, Orange County, ,
California, did, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 2nd day of April;
19,59, publicly open, examine and declare all sealed proposals on:bids'for the'
construction of sanitary sewers in Joann Street and certain'other.'st -eets to
said District; 8,11 as more particularly'described.in Resolution of Intention
No® 98 'passed and adopted by said Board on the Stn day of 'February, 1959,
and as further described in Engineer's Plan No. 8, and Map of assessment Dis-
trict No. 6� on file in the off ice of the 'htgix eer of said -District, :and' the
speci.ficatioM for the said work heretoford adopted by the, said Board of the
Costa Mesa Sanitary "District and on file: in the, office of . the Secretary of
said Sanitary District; and all of said.plans; profiles, drawings and.speci
fications heretofore •approved by the said Board of the Costa, Mesa Sanitary
District are incorporated herein and made 'a part hereof' and reference is
hereby "made thereto for a more particular. description of said . work; and

County, California, has determined and.declared that the contemplated work
and improvement herdtofore mentioned was, in the opinion of said Board of
more.than local. or ordinary benefit; and that said Board has made the expense"

description of the said assessment district, reference.is' hereby made to said
Resolution of , Intention No.. 98 and Mdp" of Assessment District ' No. 6, on file
