Plans and Specifications on file in the Office of the District
Engineer are hereby referred to and which shall govern for all
details of said work.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary
District,, Orange County, California, does hereby resolve and detendne as foliovs
