RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED OF RIGHT OF WAY
It was moved, seconded and unanimously carried that the Deed of
Right of Way, dated September 15, 1958, from ROBERT W. ST. CLAIR, and
BETHEL R. ST. CLAIR, to Costa Mesa Sanitary - District of Orange Couhty,
California, is hereby accepted.
It is further resolved that a Warrant be drawn in favor of said
ROBERT W. 5T. CLA1R and BETHEL R. ST. CLAIR, as grantors, in the sum of
Seven hundred fifty ($750.00) -Dollars.
Passed and adopted this 18th day of 'December, 1958.
