RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED OF RIGHT OF WAY
It was moved, seconded and unanimously carried that the Deed of
Right of Way, dated September 13, 1958, from WARREN BRIGGS FOX and
MARTHA, JANE FOX to Costa Mesa Sanitary District of Orange County, California,
is hereby accepted.
It is further resolved that a Warrant be drawn in favor of said
WARREN BRIGGS FOX and MARTHA JANE FOX, as grantors, in the sum of Seven
Hundred ($700.00) Dollars.
Passed and adopted this 18th day of December, 1958.
