RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED OF RIGHT OF WAY
It was moved, seconded and unanimously carried that the Deed of
Right of Way, dated September 13, 1958, from JAM M. FRISWOLD and ESTHER
FRISWOLD, to Costa Mesa Sanitary District of Orange County, California,
is hereby accepted.
It is further resolved that a Warrant be drawn in favor of said
JAM M. FRISWOLD and ESTHER FRISWOLD, as grantors, in the sum of One
thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars.
Passed and adopted this 18th day of December, 1958.
