A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA, MESA,
SANITARY 'DISTRICT, ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA., ORDERING
CERTAIN MODIFICATIONS IN THE PROPOSED ASSESSMENT,.A,SSESS-
MENT ?DISTRICT NO. 4, IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 38.
WHERW, the Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District
of Orange County, California, has duly held its hearing in the matter of the
assessment for the construction of sanitary sewers in Sanitary District Improve-
ment No. 38, as contemplated in Resolution of Intention No. 57, adopted by said
Board on the 5th day of 'December, 1957; and
WHEREAS, the said hearing was duly held, wherein all interested per-
sons were given full opportunity to show cause why said assessment should not
be confirmed, and all objections presented having been heard and fully consider-
ed, and all objections, both written and oral, having been overruled and denied;
and
WHEREAS, the Board of 'Directors finds and determines that certain modi-
fications in said assessment are necessary.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary :Dis-
trict of Orange County, California, does hereby order and instruct the Engineer
of said District to modify the assessment and diagram as set forth in the
"Schedule of Modifications," attached hereto and by this reference made a part
hereof.
