A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENTS FOR SEWER LINES FOR
GRANADA WAY.
WHEREAS, the Costa Mesa Sanitary District is desirous of obtaining
an easement for sewer lines over certain parcels, more particularly described
as follows:
and,
The Northeasterly 10.00 feet of the Southwesterly 13+.50 feet of
the Southeasterly 2+0.00 feet of Lot 79, Tract No. 376, as shown
on a map thereof, recorded in Book 15, page 29 of Miscellaneous
Maps, Records of Orange County, California, excepting Tustin Avenue.
WHEREAS, an easement for sewer lines has been executed and offered
over the here and above mentioned parcels, to the Costa Mesa Sanitary District
of Orange County, California,
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary
District do hereby accept the said easement for sewer lines as attached
hereto and do further instruct the Secretary to cause the same to be recorded.
