RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Gunning Butler and Lillian Butler executed an instrument grant-
ing to the Costa Mesa Sanitary District an easement to a portion of Lots 405 and 406
Newport Mesa Tract Costa Mesa California, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that said easement be and is hereby accepted by the Board of
Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District.
I, F. B. Owen, Secretary of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District, hereby certify
that the above Resolution was adopted by the Board of Directors by the following vote:
