WHERE AS, the firm of Francis H. Bulot9 Consulting; Engineers' Incor-
porated, has served. the COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT continuously since November
6th, 1946, to the present time in Planning, Design and Construction of Sanitary
Sewer System within said District at Costa Mesa, California, and
WHEREAS, the Governing.Body of said District being; cognizant of the
extent and character of such services is desirous of {riving expression to its
nderstanding and appreciation of the services so rendered, therefore
-BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the COSTA MESA SANITARY
DISTRICT does hereby express to'Francis H. Bulot Consulting Engineers, Inc. its
knowledge., satisfaction and appreciation of the services rendered over the above
period, of the c rdi_al and business -like relations uniformly existing and the
roa loe of professional services rendered in the promotion, conduct and completion
of the project.
