RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS.IN THE ASSESS-
MENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWERS AND APPURTENANT
WORK IN .ANNEXATION NO. 27 OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT,
ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, there has been filed with the Secretary of the Costa Mesa
Sanitary District, Orange County, California, an assessment to represent
the costs and expenses of the work and improvement done pursuant to pro-
ceedings had and taken under and pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 15,
adopted by the Board of said Sanitary District on the 1st day of March, 1956;
and
WHEREAS, said Secretary has duly given notice in the manner provided
by law of the filing of said assessment and of the time set for hearing; and
WHEREAS, certain appeals or objections have been filed with said Board
relative to said assessment; and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Board that.certain changes and
modifications should be made in said assessment as aforesaid;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF THE COSTA MESA
SANITARY DISTRICT, ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That all appeals and objections be and the same are
hereby overruled and denied.
SECTION 2. That certain individual assessments contained in said
assessment filed as aforesaid be changed and modified in accordance with
the schedule of changes and modifications attached to this Resolution and
marked "Exhibit All
SECTION 3. That the Engineer of said Sanitary District be and he is
hereby instructed to make the changes and modifications in the assessment
aforesaid and in its attached diagram as set forth in "Exhibit A" hereto, and
to return the same to this Board upon the making of such changes and modifications
for the further consideration of this Board.
