RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY
DISTRICT RECESSING, ADJOURNING AND PROVIDING FOR THE
RECONVENING OF MEETING FOR THE HEARING OF APPEALS IN
THE MATTER OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWERS .
AND APPURTENANT WORK IN ANNEXATION NO. 27 TO THE COSTA
MESA SANITARY DISTRICT, ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, an assessment has been filed for the construction of
sanitary sewers in Annexation No. 27 to the Costa Mesa Sanitary
District; and
WHEREAS, a hearing on said assessment has been duly and regularly
set for the hour of 7:30 o'clock p.m: on the 28th day of February, 1957,
at the regular place of meeting of the Board of said Sanitary District located in
the City Hall at the City of Costa Mesa, California, located at 111 East
20th Street, Costa Mesa, California; and
WHEREAS, due notice of said time and place of hearing has been
given by publication, mailing and posting as required by law, affidavits
showing such compliance being on file in the Office of the Secretary of
said Sanitary District; and
WHEREAS, the time for said hearing has now arrived and it is
apparent to the Board that the regular place of meeting of said Board
is not adequate to accommodate persons wishing to appear and be heard
by said Board; and
WHEREAS, this Board is desirous of providing ample facilities to
allow all persons interested to appear and be heard in the matter of
said assessment,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF THE
COSTA PIESA SANITARY DISTRICT, ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the meeting of the Board, scheduled for the
hour of 7 :30 o'clock p.m., this 28th day of February, 1957, at the
regular meeting place of said Board located in the City Hall of the
City of Costa.Mesa, California, 111 East 20th Street, Costa Mesa, be
recessed and adjourned, to be reconvened at the hour of 8 :00 o'clock
p.m. this 28th day of February, 1957, at.1985 Newport Avenue, Costa Mesa,
California.
SECTION 2. That a copy of this Resolution be forthwith
posted on or near the door of the regular meeting place of this
Board advising all persons interested of this recess, adjournment,
and the reconvening of this Board at the hour and place last above
mentioned.
