RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Fred Finch and Lida Finch, executed an instrument granting to the
Costa Mesa Sanitary District an easement to certain portions of Lots 3 and 18
Block B, Tract 18 Costa Mesa California, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that said easement be and the same is hereby accepted by
the Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District in regular meeting held
this 7th day of February 1952.
I, F. B. Owen, Secretary of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District, hereby cer-
tify that the above Resolution, upon motion-by Director Meyers seconded by Dir-
ector Norman, was adopted by the Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary
District, in regular meeting February 7th, 1952, by the following vote:
