Meeting called to order by President TeWinkle at 7:30 P M
Minutes of regular meeting July 3rd read and approved
Minutes of Board of Equalization meeting July 3rd adjourned to July
17th, read and approved.
The following bills were read and upon motion by Director Lord, seconded
by Director Nelson, ordered paid.

Moved by Director Meyers seconded by Director Lord that President
TeWinkle be authorized to negotiate with Contractor Izzi for the repair
of man holes in Walnut street at a cost not to exceed $200 00.
Engineer Messing mentioned condition of manholes in Victoria street
and alleys between Tustin and Irvine., with respect to County grades
and possibility of County requesting District to remedy same. Nothing
before the Board and no action.
Attorney Anderson reported that he would be ready to file suit in
condemnation proceedings vs F E Betlach et al next week.
Overtime Report July 1st to July 31st presented and upon motion by
Director Meyers seconded'by Director Norman, ordered accepted.
