RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Elmer Wright and Elizabeth Wright, executed an instrument grant-
ing to the Costa Mesa Sanitary District an easement to a portion of Lot 16 A
Harper Subdivision in Costa Mesa California, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that said easement be and the same is hereby accepted by
the Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District, in regular meeting
held this 7th day of February 1952, by the following vote::
I, F. B. Owen, Secretary of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District, hereby cer-
tify that the above Resolution, upon motion by Director Meyers seconded by Dir-
ector Norman, was adopted by the Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary
District in regular meeting February 7th 1952.
