RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Anna C. Stevens, executed an instrument granting to the Costa
Mesa Sanitary District an easement to a portion.of Lot 16 A and also to a portion
of Lot 17 A. Harper Subdivision, N.P.H., Costa Mesa California, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that said easement be and the same is hereby accepted by
the Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District.
I, F.B. Owen, Secretary of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District, hereby
certify that the above Resolution was adopted by the Board of Directors of the
Costa Mesa Sanitary District in regular meeting February -t by the following
vote
AYES: Directors TeWinkle, Nelson, Lord, Norman, Meyers
