RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Abstract and Title Guarantee Company, has executed a Right
of Way deed, granting to the Costa Mesa Sanitary District certain right of way in
and over a portion of Lot 74 N P H Costa Mesa California, now therefore, be it
BE IT RESOLVED, that said deed be and the same is hereby accepted
by the Board of Directors of the,Costa Mesa Sanitary District.
I, F. B. Owen, Secretary of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District, hereby
certify that the above Resolution was adopted by the Board of Directors of the
Costa Mesa Sanitary District in regular meeting February 7th 1952, by the
following vote:;
AYES:: Directors TeWinkle, Nelson, Lord, Norman, Meyers
