RESOLUTION
WHEREAS., there is at present on deposit with the County Treasurer of
Orange County California to the credit of the Sewer Construction Fund of the Costa
Mesa Sanitary District, a sum of money greatly in excess of immediate needs of
said District to meet construction costs,, and
WHMEAS., it is to the interest and benefit of said Costa Mesa Sanitary
District that such excese or a.portion thereof, be invested in revenue producing
ecurities;. pending the need of such funds for construction purposes,,'and
WHE;,eAS., the County Treasurer of Orange County California has signified
Itis ability and willingness to make such investment if authorized by the Costa
Mesa Sanitary District to do so, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED., that the County Treasurer of Orange County California,,
e and he is hereby authorized and requested by the Board of Directors of the
C osta Mesa Sanitary District, to purchase for account of the Costa Mesa Sanitary
District,, Sevier Construction Fund, as'of date June 1st 1951.
