RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Ida B. Stearns, Clara E. Stearns and Vera A. Stearns,
owners of record of Lots 5 and 6, Lot 3 and Lot 2, in Tract 504 as per
map recorded in Book 17 of Miscellaneous Maps, Page 31, Records of Orange
County, Costa Mesa, California, respectively, have each executed as of
date April 25th 1951, instruments..granting easements to the Costa Mesa
Sanitary District for certain portions of said lots, as described in
such instruments, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that said easements be and the 'same are hereby
accepted by the Board of Directors of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District, in
regular meeting, this 3rd day of May 1951.
The above Resolution was adopted by the following vote:
AYES: TeWinkle, Nelson, Lord, Norman and Meyers.
NOES: Directors - None.
ABSENT: Directors - None.
- CERTIFICATE-
The undersigned, F. B. Owen, Secretary of the Board of Directors
of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District, hereby certifies that the foregoing
is a true and correct copy of an excerpt from the minutes of regular
meeting of said Board of Directors, held May 3rd, 1951..
