system within Costa Mesa Sanitary District, as received,.opened and read
in meeting of the Board of Directors of said District, held M , _8th.pr--IY 3:•
disclosed that bid: of one Michael Izzi, was the lowest and-.best bid so
received, opened end read, and , Yeas in all, respects . regular and in conformity
with bids requirements as promulgated by this Board of Directors and published
according to law, now-therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that contract for .thc construction of sanitary
serer system as T) Nr :ded , in Plano and Specifications upon uhich said
bid was made, be awarded'. to said Michael Izzi, and 'the President and
Secretary of the Board of Directors be directed to sign same for and in
j behalf of the Costa Mesa,. Sanitary District.
