BE IT RESOLVED that effective April lst, 1949, the position
of Project Manager be created at a monthly salary of $200.00.
Upon motion by Director Nelson, seconded by Director Lord, the above
resolution was adopted by the following vote of Directors whose signatures are

as Project Manager at a monthly salary of $200.00 to serve at pleasure of the
Board.
