A RESOLUTION OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY
DISTRICT, ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA,
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF $391,400
FROM THE FACILITIES REVOLVING FUND TO
THE GENERAL FUND OF THE DISTRICT.
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
THAT WHEREAS, the Facilities Revolving Fund was created
by the Board of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District and has accrued
money to be used for District purposes; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors deems it in the best
interest of the District to transfer $391,400 from said Facilities
Revolving Fund to the District's General Fund, to finance the Capi-
tal Improvement Program for the 1982 -83 Fiscal Year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the sum of Three Hundred
Ninety -One Thousand Four Hundred ($391,400) be transferred from the
Facilities Revolving Fund to the District's General Fund to be
expended for authorized District purposes;
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED THAT a copy of this Resolution be
forwarded to the County Auditor with directions that said transfer
be accomplished.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of August, 1982.

of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District of Orange County, California,
do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution, being Resolution
No. 82 -383 , was duly passed, approved and adopted by said Board,
approved and signed by the President of said Board, and attested
by the Assistant Secretary of said Board, all at a meeting of the
Board of Directors held on the 19th day of August , 1982 ,
and that the same was passed and adopted by the said Costa Mesa
Sanitary District by the following vote:
