RESOLUTION NO. 80 -357
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA
PIESA SANITARY DISTRICT OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALFORNIA,
LEVYING A TAX TO PAY THE PRINCIPAL AND INTEREST ON
BONDS ISSUED BY THE DISTRICT.
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT
OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That there is hereby levied upon all the
taxable property within the Costa Mesa Sanitary District Basic
Code Area, a tax for the purpose of raising money to pay the
principal and interest on the bonded indebtedness of the Dis-
trict, excluding the $760,000.00 bond issue dated October 1,
1956, in a sum which will meet the payments on said bonds to
be made during the fiscal year 1980 -81; that the rate per
centum on the tax herein levied for said purpose of paving
the principal and interest on said bonds shall be and is hereby
fixed as the sum of $ ,0022 on each One Hundred ($100.00)
Dollars of value.
SECTION 2. That there is hereby levied upon all the
taxable property within the Costa Mesa Sanitary District Tax
Code rrea "B" a tax for the purpose of raising money to pay
the principal and interest on the bond issue in the sum of
$760,000.00 dated October 1, 1956; that the rate per centum
of the tax herein levied for said purpose of Paying the princi-
pal and interest on said bonds shall be and is hereby fixed
as the sum of $ .0605 on each One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars
of value.

SECTION 3: That the areas of the Costa Mesa Sanitary
District of Orange County, California, in tax Code Area "C"
shall not be taxed for the payment of any principal or in-
terest of any bonds issued by the District or by any area
within the District.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall take effect and be
in full force immediately.
