RESOLUTION NO. —.3
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA
SANITARY DISTRICT OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING
THE LEVY OF A TAX TO PAY THE PRINCIPAL AND INTEREST ON
BONDS ISSUED BY THE DISTRICT.
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT
OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the Orange County Auditor - Controller is hereby
authorized to levy upon all the taxable property within the Costa Mesa
Sanitary District Basic Tax Code Area, a tax rate, pursuant to Revenue
and Taxation Code, Section 2237(a), for the purpose of raising money
to pay the principal and interest on the bonded indebtedness of the
District, excluding the $760,000.00 bond issue dated October 1, 1956,
sufficient to raise $63,051.00, which will meet the payments on said
bonds to be made during the Fiscal Year 1979 -80.
SECTION 2: That the Orange County Auditor - Controller is hereby
authorized to levy upon all the taxable property within the Costa Mesa
Sanitary District Tax Code Area "B ", a tax rate, pursuant to Revenue
and Taxation Code, Section 2237(a), for the purpose of raising money
to pay the principal and interest on the bond issue in the sum of
$760,000.00 dated October 1, 1956, sufficient to raise $50,318.00, which
will meet the payments on said bonds to be made during the Fiscal Year
1979 -80.
SECTION 3: That the areas of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District
of Orange County, California, in Tax Code Area "C" shall not be taxed
for the payment of any principal or interest of any bonds issued by the
District or by any area within the District.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall take effect and be in full
force immediately.

Regular Meeting of the said Board held on the 23rd day
