3 A RESOLUTION OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF $667,000.00 FROM THE
4 FACILITIES REVOLVING FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND OF
THE DISTRICT.

6 THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT
7 DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
8 THAT, WHEREAS, the Facilities Revolving Fund was created
9 by the Board of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District and has accrued
10 money to be used for District purposes; and
11 WHEREAS, the Board of Directors deems it in the best interest
12 of the District to transfer $667,000.00 from said Facilities
13 Revolving Fund to the District's General Fund, to finance the
14 Capital Improvement Program for the 1979 -80 fiscal year;
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the sum of Six Hundred
16 Sixty -Seven Thousand ($667,000.00) Dollars be transferred from
17 the Facilities Revolving Fund to the District's General Fund to
18 be expended for authorized District purposes;
19 BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be
20 forwarded to the County Auditor with directions that said transfer
21 be accomplished.
