A RESOLUTION OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF $247,500.00 FROM THE
FACILITIES REVOLVING FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND OF
THE DISTRICT.
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY
DIST -RICT DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
THAT, WHEREAS, the Facilities Revolving Fund was
created by the Board of the Costa Mesa Sanitary District
and has accrued money to be used for District purposes; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors deems it in the best
interest of the District to transfer $247,500.00 from said
Facilities Revolving Fund to the District's General Fund,
to finance the Capital Improvement Program for the 1978 -79
fiscal year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the sum of Two
Hundred Forty -Seven Thousand Five Hundred ($247,500.00)
Dollars be transferred from the Facilities Revolving Fund
to the District's General Fund to be expended for authorized
District purposes;,
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution
be forwarded to the County Auditor with directions that said
transfer be accomplished.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of September, 1978.
