RESOLUTION NO. 78 -328
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
COSTA MESA SANITARY DISTRICT OF ORANGE COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA, LEVYING A TAX TO PAY THE PRINCIPAL
AND INTEREST ON BONDS ISSUED BY THE DISTRICT.
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COSTA MESA SANITARY
DISTRICT OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That there is hereby levied upon all the
taxable property within the Costa Mesa Sanitary District
Basic Tax Code Area, a tax for the purpose of raising money
to pay the principal and interest.on the bonded indebtedness
of the District, excluding the $760,000.00 bond issue dated
October 1, 1956, in a sum which will meet the payments on
said bonds to be made during the fiscal year 1978 -79; that
the rate per centum on the tax herein levied for said pur-
pose of paying the principal and interest on said bonds
shall be and is hereby fixed as the sum of $0.0088 on each
One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars of value.
SECTION 2: That there is hereby levied upon all.,the
taxable property within the Costa Mesa Sanitary District Tax
Code Area "B" a tax for the purpose of raising money to pay
the principal and interest on the bond issue in the sum of
$760,000.00 dated October 1, 1956; that the rate per centum
of the tax herein levied for said purpose of paying the
principal and interest on said bonds shall be and is hereby
fixed as the sum of $0.0898 on each One Hundred ($100.00)
Dollars of value.
SECTION 3: That the areas of the Costa Mesa Sanitary
District of Orange County, California, in Tax Code Area "C"

shall not be taxed for the payment of any principal or
interest of any bonds issued by the District or by any
area within the District.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall take effect and
be in full force immediately.

County, California, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing
Resolution, being Resolution No. 78 -328 was duly passed,
approved and adopted by said Board, and attested by the
Secretary of said Board, all at a regular meeting of said
Board held on the 14th day of September, 1978, and that
the same was passed and adopted by the following roll call
vote, to wit:
